About the

Technique

Over the past 30 years, in the context of in-person workshops, I have sourced simple exercises to guide people to activate the alchemical powers they hold in their bodies. With hundreds of brave students, I brought to light the Soul's unique collective and personal mythology. This living mythology is indispensable to having clarity and following the path to transform the unseen inner obstacles that block us from living a masterful life.
